HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI PEGAWAI TENTANG IKLIM ORGANISASI DENGAN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk menjawab pertanyaan apakah employee engagement dapat diprediksikan melalui persepsi pegawai terhadap iklim organisasi dimana pegawai tersebut bekerja. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 55 pegawai Pelaksana di Direktorat Kepatuhan Internal dan Transformasi Sumber Daya Aparatur Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Organizational Climate Questionnaire yang dikembangkan oleh Robert Stringer (2002) dan WIFI Model yang dikembangkan oleh Sarah Cook (2007). Analisis data dilakukan dengan prosedur regresi. Hasil penelitian
menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi merupakan prediktor yang signifikan bagi employee engagement. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk lingkungan dimana penelitian ini diadakan, faktor iklim organisasi memegang peranan yang dominan dalam menentukan employee engagement.
