Abstract
menganalisis kualitas kinerja pelayanan akademik di STIA-LAN Bandung, untuk mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah
yang perlu pemecahan, untuk mengetahui model dari solusi yang ada. Hasil artikel yang diperoleh, membutuhkan lebih
banyak sosialisasi STIA-LAN Bandung dalam pelayanan publik, layanan akademik masih belum optimal dan masih
perlu ditingkatkan, sarana dan prasarana perkuliahan masih perlu mengembangkan sarana. Selain karena unsur-unsur
yang ada yang perlu ditingkatkan seperti; Kinerja Kualitas Pelayanan Akademik, Akademik Kinerja Kualitas Pelayanan
Administrasi Keuangan, dan Kualitas Kepuasan Studi Kinerja Mahasiswa.
