organisasinya. Komitmen karyawan terhadap organisasi (organizational commitment) terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu
affective commitment, continuance commitment dan normative commitment. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 100 orang
karyawan tetap di Polman Bandung yang telah bekerja minimal 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment dan normative commitment. Sedangkan kepuasan
kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap continuance commitment. Temuan-temuan dalam penelitian ini memperkuat
penelitan-penelitian lain yang menunjukkan pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational commitment.
