Abstract
Tulisan dalam makalah ini merupakan kajian teoritis yang membahas tentang Menuju Perguruan Tinggi. Berbasis Riset dan Penganalisis Kebijakan. Dalam artikel ini menelaah mengenai pentingnya Riset dan. Penganalisis Kebijakan sebagai pilar dalam pengembangan Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Riset. Oleh karena itu, salah satu peran yang harus dijalankan Perguruan Tinggi dalam melakasanakan Tridharma Perguruan Tinggi. salah satunya adalah kegiatan Riset yang harus mendapat dukungan dan perhatian dari pemerintah. Berkaitan dengan Penganalisis kebijakan publik dapat dipakai sebagai alat untuk memperbaiki pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pemerintah secara lebih baik dengan memecahkan persoalanpersoalan masyarakat yang kompleks dan penuh intredepensi. Maka kemanfaatan dari analisis masalah
kebijakan dalam kerangka pembuatan kebijakan publik selalu diperuntukan bagi kemaslahatan masyarakat dan negara.
Dengan demikian ketika memperhatikan proses kebijakan ini suatu Penganalisis kebijakan dapat menghasilkan informasi yang tepat. Maka pengelolaan Riset dan Penganalisis Kebijakan di Peruguran Tinggi
sangat penting dalam mencapai perubahan dalam menuju Perguruan Tinggi Berbasis Riset.
