PERAN ORGANIZATIONAL VALUES TERHADAP OCCUPATIONAL COMMITMENT (Studi pada Perawat Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit X di kota Bandung)

Abstract
commitment. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 123 perawat ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit X di kota Bandung.
Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner untuk mengukur Occupational Commitment yang
mengacu pada teori Allen (1993), dan kuesioner kedua yang bertujuan untuk mengukur Organizational Values yang
didasarkan nilai–nilai organisasi RS X yang mengacu pada teori Francis & Woodcock (1999). Analisis data dilakukan
dengan prosedur regresi linier sederhana, analisis ini digunakan untuk mengetahui arah hubungan antara variabel bebas
dengan variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Values memiliki pengaruh yang positif
terhadap Occupational Commitment perawat, artinya semakin kuat Organizational Values di RS X maka Occupational
Commitment perawat juga akan semakin kuat. Occupational commitment pada perawat didominansi oleh komponen
affective occupational commitment dibandingkan dengan komponen komitmen yang lain.
