KONTRIBUSI TRAIT KEPRIBADIAN TERHADAP KETERIKATAN KERJA PEGAWAI (Studi pada Pelaksana di Direktorat Kepatuhan Internal dan Transformasi Sumber Daya Aparatur Direktorat Jenderal Pajak)
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan utama untuk menelaah konstribusi dari trait kepribadian, yaitu
Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, dan Openness to experience terhadap keterikatan kerja
pegawai. Partisipan penelitian ini berjumlah 55 pegawai Pelaksana di Direktorat Kepatuhan Internal dan Transformasi
Sumber Daya Aparatur Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10-item Big
Five Inventory (BFI-10) yang dikembangkan oleh Rammstedt & John (2007), dan WIFI Model yang dikembangkan oleh
Sarah Cook (2007). Analisis data dilakukan dengan prosedur regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara
independen Conscientiousness dan Neuroticism memberikan kontribusi langsung yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan
kerja pegawai. Sedangkan Extraversion, Agreeableness dan Openness to experience terbukti tidak memberikan
kontribusi langsung yang signifikan terhadap keterikatan kerja pegawai. Disimpulkan bahwa untuk lingkungan dimana
penelitian ini diadakan, faktor individual khususnya trait kepribadian tidak memegang peranan yang dominan dalam
menentukan keterikatan kerja pegawai.
